Özet:  In Advanced Persistent Threats (APT), in order to halt a critical infrastructure or steal high sensitive information of an enemy government it is not needed to have war as traditional way.  Stuxnet is a good example of APT which was created by United States and Israel to attack Iran nuclear facilities. (Denning, 2012) And Egobot Trojan another example of APT which many governments including USA has been affected. (Prince, 2013) In this study, it is going to be tried to analyse the APT Defence Systems and count up the costs of them against to APTs so we could enable to consider possible entire investments to launch the defence systems.
