Özet: In this era where information wars are getting into a systematic shape and where information security is becoming more indispensable; how information security software is developed by individuals, companies, and even governments, have great importance. Even if the information security software is developed to comply with the international standards, they can still be under threat due to side channel and timing attacks by active attackers, causing secret data to be revealed to third parties. In context of this presentation, the modular inversion of integers that is highly used in cryptographic applications is under focus the aim to take active role in putting forward a classification of such threats, research on countermeasures, and produce engineering applications.
