Abstract: Access controls provides the security of information. There need some rules and permissions to access sources. There are many approachs for accessing data. RBAC (Role Based Access Control) provides the permissions and authorizations for rules instead of users. OBAC (Ontology Based Access Control) provides accessing the information by ontology based approach. In this study, Hybrid Data Based Access Control is defined to bring a solution to database management system with OBAC and RBAC integration in human resources area.
