While workforce management systems are rarely pronounced in Turkey’s software market, they have a significant share in markets like North America and Europe. Infor WFM (Workforce Management) is an enterprise software that help organizations lower payroll expenses, anticipate workforce demands and schedule the right coverage, track employee performance, comply with labor laws and automate all of their pay rules. In this presentation, I will be talking about how we created this enterprise software from a team of 3 developers and some technologies, methodologies and modules used within the product.
