Abstract:

The  unprecedented advancements in  technology with respect to ICT, network facilities and infrastructures gave birth to a complex, artificial and virtual environment; with a coiled name as”Cyberspace”. Traditional  crimes, States conflict, espionage and other security counter activities dwell in it. National Cyber Security Strategy (NCSS) is an evolving solution in addition to the many technical solutions to cope with the dynamic changing  threats. In this presentation, the trends and methodology for creating a NCSS will be discussed.
