Abstract:

The prolific breakthrough in a networked world of information, the critical infrastructure security comes with a price, beyond the cooperation necessity, and that is the states have to device the means to mitigate these persistent cyber threats and thus enhance the cyber defensive capabilities. In this presentation, after the preamble of various contextual components as a devised end; that is the National Cyber Security Strategy – NCSS, and the best practices, a proposed Algorithm for elaborating NCSS and the hypothetical strategy will be discussed. Also, a procedural road map for the purposes of elaboration of the NCSS will be provided.
